How will I know my pets are cared for?
You will get notifications, via email or through the app, if you would like to download it. You will also get a visit report and be able to get pics of your pets with every visit.
Will I have the same person taking care of my pets, every time?
We like to assign, a minimum of two staff per family, this way there is always a back up, for the main person taking care of your pet.
You will meet your your primary person and the manager on our meet and greet. Please let us know, if you would like to meet your secondary staff person. Otherwise they will meet your pets with the manager, on their first visit.
Are your Rates per Pet or per House Hold?
Our Rates are per household, not per pet. For our Families who have large quantity &/or a large variety of pets, we will recommend longer visits. This will ensure our staff has the opportunity to help each pets feel special & loved, while you are away.
Are there Holiday Rates or any extra fees?
Add On Services:
-Hand feeding of a Special Needs Pet ($5 for each pet)
-Administration of Special Medications like Insulin or Oral medication ($5)
High Rise and Parking Fee:
For pets who reside in high-rise apartments in Channelside and Downtown, all parking fees will be added to the invoice weekly.

Yes, through Pet Sitters Associates, under the name Rover Heights llc.
How do I pay invoices and/or communicate with my assigned pet-care provider?
Once you are ready to sign up with Rover Heights, we will send you a digital contract via. From this link you will be able to schedule walks, chat with the sitter, and schedule walks. It can be done all through your browser or with our Time to Pet App.

All invoice must be paid in full, 48hours before the first scheduled delivery visit. We also have a weekly auto-draft feature for your convenience.
