For our seasonal or current clients, the best way to schedule a visit is doing so through you customer portal. You will need to contact us personally for same day visits or for next day visits.
You will get notifications, via email or through the app, if you would like to download it. You will also get a visit report and be able to get pics of your pets with every visit.
We like to assign, a minimum of two staff per family, this way there is always a back up, for the main person taking care of your pet.
You will meet your your primary person and the manager on our meet and greet. Please let us know, if you would like to meet your secondary staff person. Otherwise they will meet your pets with the manager, on their first visit.
Our Rates are per household, not per pet. For our Families who have large quantity &/or a large variety of pets, we will recommend longer visits. This will ensure our staff has the opportunity to help each pets feel special & loved, while you are away.
Add an extra 5-10 minutes, to gently administer any medications or hand feed your pets. Or.. If you need deep cleaning of multiple litter boxes.
-Deep cleaning litter box, including cleanup around the litter boxes ($5 for each littler box)
-Hand feeding of a Special Needs Pet ($5 for each pet)
-Administration of Special Medications like insulin or Oral medication and/or Meal Prep ($5)
High Rise and Parking Fee:
There is a +$10 for pets who reside in high-rise apartments in Channelside and Downtown, where parking is difficult to find.

Once you are ready to sign up with Rover Heights, we will send you a digital contract via. From this link you will be able to schedule walks, chat with the sitter, and schedule walks. It can be done all through your browser or with our Time to Pet App.

All invoice must be paid in full, 48hours before the first scheduled delivery visit. We also have a weekly auto-draft feature for your convenience.
