We have lock boxes available for sale. We can hide a lock box on your property, preferably out of the rain, with your own secret code. Then we use the key, when you need us and you have a special key, if you ever get locked out of your home.

The most important thing is to respect and take care of your pets. This is our main priority and we appreciate you, for letting us help.
Our staff are fully vetted and come with experience in pet care. Most staff stay on up to 2-5 years with Rover Heights Pet Sitting. Some staff have been clients first. For the safety of everyone, we will social verify our potential clients.
Yes, Rover Heights llc is licensed, insured and bonded. Staff are covered under the same insurance. Also, all tips and holiday pay go to the your assigned pet sitter. You will have primarily one sitter and a backup, just in case they need help.
Common question about the nitty gritty of working with and for other people.
All parties signs their own clients agreements and/or staff agreements. It is a good faith agreement to mutually respect each other: clients, owner, staff and the business.
Invoices are automatically generated and payments are expected to be paid, before the first service due. We do have automatic drafts setup every Tuesday's at 4pm., for any invoices, that are due to be paid.
-Credits for Cancellations must be made 24-48hours before the service dates. All credits are tracked in the portal and must be used within 30days.
-Refer a friend or colleague and earn a free visit.
-Rover Heights Pet Staff receive all tips, parking fees, and holiday fees.
-Staff are paid for late cancellations made within the 24hr window of the service.
-Our Holiday's include: Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day. Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
-Holiday's may include Special Gasparilla Parade Events, when it related to getting to the pet's home.
